Just Walk Out technology stores use computer vision or RFID to sell a wide range of goods. When shopping at a computer vision store for food and beverages, shoppers enter with their preferred payment method, take the items they want from the shelf, and exit the store. A receipt is automatically generated after the customer leaves the store.    

 

When shopping in an RFID enabled store for merchandise, customers enter the store and shop as they normally would. When they’ve made their selection, they exit the store using their preferred payment method. As they exit, RFID sensors read the tags, and the customer is charged for their items.
